Event Details

The Dealers Room will be open during these times:

Friday:             3PM – 11PM
Saturday:         10AM – 11PM
Sunday:           10AM -6PM

Set and Removal Times:

Setup:              Friday 9AM -2PM
Removal:         Sunday 6PM-11PM

 

All Dealer booths must be open and ready for business by 3PM on Friday September 3 and removed by 11PM on Sunday September 5th. Little Rock GameCon is not responsible for your merchandise if you fail to be packed up before 11PM. If you need assistance with setting up or removing please let the GameCon staff know as soon as possible so we may assist you.

 

Rules and Terms of Agreement:

1.      The Dealer assumes all risks associated in connections with Dealer’s participation at Little Rock GameCon, including but not limited to all risks of theft, loss, harm, damage or injury to the person (including death), property, injury to person, intentional acts, and acts of God or otherwise. Neither the Organizer, Little Rock GameCon nor the Doubletree Hotel accepts responsibility, nor shall be liable for, and the Dealer hereby fully and forever releases and discharges the Event and the Exhibit Facility for all losses pertaining to the event.

2.      The Dealer shall hold the Little Rock GameCon and the Doubletree Hotel harmless from any claims, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, reasonable attorney fees and costs which may arise out of or in connection with the Dealer’s participation or presence at the convention.

3.      Due to the current venue no vendor may bring in or sell food or drink.

4.      Little Rock GameCon does not allow counterfeit or bootleg merchandise of ANY kind. If a Dealer is found to be selling bootleg merchandise the dealer will be asked to leave immediately and without a refund. Please make sure you’re aware of what you’re selling as no exceptions will be allowed.

5.      Little Rock GameCon is an event for all ages. As a result if you are selling anything adult it must be covered or held behind the counter. The dealer agrees not to sell any adult content to minors. The dealer will check all ID’s before selling any adult content to attendees. If the Dealer has been found to have knowing sold adult content to a minor, the dealer will be immediately asked to leave without a refund.

6.      The Dealer is responsible for bring all his own materials to make any stands or hanging arrangements. The dealer due to hotel rules is not allowed to make any holes or marks in the walls. Any violations of this will result in fines from the hotel.

7.      The Dealer is expected to bring any and all staff needed to run their booth. The convention will not provide you with any staff to run the booth for any reason. If you leave your booth unattended you do so at your own risk.

On a side note, with the economy the way it is I highly recommend for all Dealers to bring reasonably priced merchandise. We want you to make money and from what we’ve seen in the past, Dealers who bring nothing but high priced collectables walk away with little revenue.
